What it does

Channel wiring, feature switches and M.A.P. setup for your server.
Requires Manage Server in that server, and nothing more.
The M.A.P. backend is separate and is limited to three hardcoded administrators.

Who can use it

Server managers

Anyone with Manage Server in that server. This is server setup, not M.A.P. backend — it opens nothing else.

M.A.P. admin

The three hardcoded M.A.P. administrators. Not a server role, and no amount held reaches it.

Worth knowing

A server admin anywhere gets zero M.A.P. backend access. Those are two different permissions and they are never blurred. Being an administrator of a server in the network grants nothing inside M.A.P. itself.
